Me and my son
So a little about myself. I am a 33 year old father of two. I have a 13 year old daughter and a 3 year old son. I was a computer programmer for a number of years. Started a decade ago with the easy VB and eventually became a full time web site developer. Now I am a police officer. I’ve always had a passionate love for photography and a natural skill for the craft.
I got my start running around with a cheap Kodak Easyshare digital camera for years. Trying to take the best pictures I could. I sort of learned things backwards. Being an expert with Photoshop (on the photo side more so than graphic arts) yet not even owning a decent camera. I still managed to pull some great pictures out of that Kodak. Check out my Landscapes section, and a few of those sunsets are taken straight from that Kodak, and all of them are completely un-altered.

So eventually I got my hands on my first DSLR camera. My Canons go with me everywhere. Even on a short run to the corner store. You never know what you might see. I can safely say that I am now, and forever, completely obsessed with photography. I’ve since gone through extensive training in portraiture with some big names from the photography industry. I’ve also had extensive training from a former Sports Illustrated cover shooter in action sports photography. And training from a former National Geographic photographer in overall photography.
